Nick McElmurry is the Chief Sales Officer of State Listings Inc., the company behind MyStateMLS, NY State MLS, and their associated brands. He’s a performance marketer and builder at heart: part strategist, part automation engineer, part designer, part closer.

His work spans the whole growth stack: lead funnels and drip-campaign ecosystems, AI-driven workflow automation with n8n, SEO/SEM and hand-tuned PPC, and high-converting websites and landing pages coded from scratch in HTML and CSS. He makes the graphics, video, and copy that tie it together, and builds the analytics dashboards and sales processes that keep it accountable.

In real estate technology he lives in IDX, MLS data, and the platforms around them, helping design and ship tools from digital-document and mass-email systems to an AI real estate coach. Along the way he’s hired and led teams, cut wasted ad spend, and multiplied lead flow and organic traffic for the businesses he’s helped grow across the MLS, mortgage, title, and small-business worlds.

He’s a licensed California real estate agent, mortgage loan officer (NMLS), and property & casualty insurance rep, pairing the technical and regulatory side of the industry with a genuinely creative side as a lifelong musician, producer, and writer.
